Immersive Walls
At Immersive Walls, every mural is custom-made to order. We are committed to clear timelines and transparent delivery expectations.
Production Time
All murals are custom produced based on the dimensions and image section selected at checkout. Standard production time is 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Production timelines may extend by an additional 2–4 business days due to order volume, material availability, artwork complexity, or quality control requirements. If additional time is required, customers will be notified by email.
Shipping & Delivery
Once production is complete, orders are shipped via UPS or other similar reliable delivery services. Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped.
Delivery times vary by location and service level selected. Immersive Walls does not guarantee carrier delivery times and is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Immersive Walls is not liable for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
If you experience delivery or tracking issues, please contact info@immersivewalls.com, and we will assist when possible.
Custom Orders, Cancellations & Changes
All Immersive Walls products are custom-made to order. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed, except where cancellation is required by federal or state law due to non-delivery or material non-conformance.
Customers are strongly encouraged to review all measurements, image selections, and order details carefully before completing their purchase.
Damaged or Defective Shipments
If your order arrives with visible shipping damage or a manufacturing defect, you must notify info@immersivewalls.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographic documentation.
Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for review. Approved claims will be handled in accordance with our Terms of Service.
Samples
Design samples may be available for select products to help evaluate color, texture, and material quality prior to placing a full custom order. Samples are representative only and may not reflect final scale or image cropping.
