Immersive Walls
Products & Materials
Immersive Walls produces custom-made peel-and-stick wall murals using premium vinyl, PVC-free paper, and fabric-based materials intended for indoor decorative use. Products are manufactured to professional standards for print quality and adhesion.
Customers must inspect all products upon delivery. Any visible manufacturing defects (including bubbles, scratches, creases, or physical damage) must be reported to info@immersivewalls.com within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt. Failure to report within this period constitutes acceptance of the product.
Designs & Image Quality
All mural designs are curated, licensed, and printed exclusively by Immersive Walls. Customer-supplied or third-party images are not accepted.
Professional print resolution and production quality are provided within standard industry tolerances.
Wall Conditions & Preparation
Proper wall preparation is required for successful installation. Walls must be clean, dry, smooth, structurally sound, and free of moisture, dust, grease, mold, peeling paint, or surface damage.
Newly painted walls must cure for a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to installation. Immersive Walls is not responsible for adhesion issues, appearance defects, or product failure caused by unsuitable wall conditions or environmental factors.
Measurements, Image Selection & Installation
Immersive Walls murals are designed for straightforward, do-it-yourself installation, and professional installation is not required when installation instructions and wall preparation guidelines are followed.
All murals are custom produced based on the dimensions entered by the customer and the image section selected using Immersive Walls’ mural calculator at checkout. Customers are solely responsible for measurement accuracy and image selection.
Immersive Walls does not review, modify, or validate customer-entered measurements or image selections after purchase. Issues resulting from incorrect measurements, cropping choices, wall irregularities, or installation technique are not manufacturing defects.
Installation guides are provided for convenience only.
Care & Maintenance
For routine cleaning, use a soft, lint-free cloth lightly dampened with water.
If additional cleaning is required, a small amount of mild, non-abrasive dish soap diluted with water may be used. Dish soaps vary by formulation; only gentle soaps free of degreasers, citrus additives, bleach, ammonia, alcohol, solvents, or abrasive agents are acceptable. Always test cleaning solutions on a small, inconspicuous area first.
Do not use abrasive tools, harsh chemicals, industrial cleaners, alcohol-based products, or excessive disinfectants. Improper care voids any applicable warranty.
Color Variations & Visual Representation
Due to differences in screen calibration, device settings, lighting, and viewing conditions, the appearance of colors, tones, contrast, scale, and overall presentation may vary from on-screen previews. Such variations are normal and do not constitute defects or grounds for replacement, refund, or warranty claims.
Warranty (U.S. Nationwide)
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Immersive Walls warrants only that products are free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.
No other warranties—express or implied—are made, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where prohibited by law.
This warranty does not cover normal wear, color variation, aesthetic preference, incorrect measurements or image selection, improper wall conditions, installation errors, improper cleaning, misuse, or environmental exposure (including heat, humidity, steam, grease, or moisture).
This warranty applies uniformly across all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.
Custom Orders, Returns & Refunds
All Immersive Walls products are custom-made to order and are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects handled in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Immersive Walls shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including installation costs, labor, wall repairs, loss of use, or lost profits. Liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
Supplier & Production Standards
Immersive Walls works with professional production partners using industry-standard equipment and UV-cured inks intended for indoor decorative applications. Product performance may vary based on wall conditions, environment, installation, and care. No additional warranties are implied beyond those expressly stated.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Immersive Walls is headquartered, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.
