Return & Refund Policy

Immersive Walls

At Immersive Walls, every mural is custom-made to order. While we do not accept returns for change of mind, we are committed to resolving legitimate issues quickly, fairly, and in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws.


In the Event of a Problem

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at info@immersivewalls.com within 48 hours of delivery. To evaluate the issue, we may request clear photographs of the product. In most cases, photographs are sufficient and a physical return is not required.


Custom-Made Murals (No Returns for Change of Mind)

All Immersive Walls murals are custom-made to customer specifications and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable in the following situations:

  • Change of mind or no longer needed
  • Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
  • Image section or crop selected at checkout
  • The mural has been installed or partially installed
  • Issues caused by wall conditions, installation technique, or misuse

Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or changed.


Manufacturing Defects

If, after review, an issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect within our control (such as a print defect or material flaw), Immersive Walls will take full responsibility.

Our primary remedy is to provide a replacement mural, produced and shipped on an expedited basis at no additional cost.


Refunds (Fault Confirmed)

Refunds are issued only in cases of verified manufacturing defects where a replacement is not feasible or appropriate.

If a return is required, Immersive Walls will provide return instructions. Once the returned product is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period, in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights required under applicable federal or state consumer protection laws.

Unauthorized or unapproved returns are not eligible for refund.


Unauthorized Returns

If a customer returns a product without authorization, it must be shipped using a tracked and insured service and arrive in good condition. Immersive Walls is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, and refunds will not be issued for unauthorized returns.


Installation Disclaimer

Immersive Walls murals are designed for do-it-yourself installation, and professional installation is not required. Customers are free to engage a professional installer at their own discretion if they choose to do so.

Customers are strongly advised to inspect the mural for defects before installation or before engaging a third-party installer. Immersive Walls does not cover installation costs, labor fees, or third-party cancellation charges and is not responsible for installation errors, regardless of whether installation is performed by the customer or a third party.
